The Persuaders // meet TPP founders Antonia & Francesca Pollak and immerse yourself in glimmers of their intelligent sensitivity
To know us is to know that we are highly sensitive individuals, not only towards creative matters but towards the entire world. Growing up we often doubted this receptivity, unable to define or even describe it, and found ourselves wondering why we had to feel so much. To say that our highs are high and our lows are low is a very mild way of putting it. We’ve had our fair share of moments – stopping a yellow cab in the middle of the Brooklyn bridge (Antonia) or disembarking a plane after the doors had already been closed (Francesca) – but it is these adversities and turning points that have shaped us into the women that we are today.
As David Jones said so beautifully, “it is both a blessing and a curse to feel everything so very deeply.”
Today we know that our sensitivity is our biggest asset. It translates into every aspect of our life and allows us to excel in our craft as creative consultants, talent managers and storytellers. Although our work can take many forms and shapes, we craved a creative outlet that would allow instant gratification (cooking and baking didn’t cut it anymore).
In addition to our creative consulting and talent management services, we launched TPP Diary to celebrate some of the women that we have been fortunate enough to meet and work with along the way. TPP Diary is a message from women, to women; a space where we can wrap our troubles in dreams and encourage a positive and compassionate mindset.
We hope that these women will inspire you the same way that they did us, for it is their passion and wisdom that we want to share.
